Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We work hard to ensure your satisfaction so, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE

Inquiries for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on USPS tracking. Exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-5 business days after we receive the exchanged item. When applicable, customer is responsible for paying any part price difference before any exchange can be processed. Customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS:

If you received a damage shipment, please contact us immediately. Please be sure to document the damage.

  • Take a picture of the defective item(s)
  • Email the picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) using the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page.

We will report and file a claim with the appropriate carrier and proceed accordingly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

RETURN FOR REFUND:

If the item you purchased does not fit your vehicle, please do not force or alter the part to make it fit. Doing so can damage the part and void your eligibility for a refund.  We will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified. Returns may take upwards of 5 business days after we receive the item. Items must be returned in its original packaging and in its original and new condition.  

Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is due to our mistake. If you refuse delivery or if the carrier returns a shipment because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All return for refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee except for when the following conditions apply:

  • We shipped the wrong merchandise.
  • The merchandise was damaged during shipping.
  • The merchandise is defective.

To initiate a Return request, contact our support staff by using the “Contact Us” page. Please be sure to provide details such as reason for the refund request, item images (when applicable) and further instructions will be provided through email.

Please note: TunerRack is unable to ship outside Mainland USA and Canada.
